Torque Carts

Torque carts are mobile workstations designed to assist in the calibration of torque controlled tooling. They are usually equipped with a variety of torque measuring equipment such as an analyzer, transducers, and joint kits.

Torque carts transport torque measuring equipment so that tools can be tested and calibrated in situ, and don't need to be taken offline. This means that the torque value measured is the actual torque being applied to a part on the assembly line.

Torque carts increase efficiency by eliminating downtime for calibration.
